My Story
Hi, I’m Ana Maria
Not too long ago, I moved through life feeling disconnected — from my body, my needs, and my emotions. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. But inside, I struggled to access what I felt, let alone express it.
I often put others first, not out of selflessness, but from a deep-seated belief that my needs didn’t matter as much. It wore me down, especially in my relationships. I found myself unable to communicate clearly, unsure of what I even needed. I just knew something was missing.
Through a combination of talk therapy and embodied somatic practices, I began to gently unravel those old patterns. I learned to feel again — not just in theory, but in my body.
With breath, movement, and mindfulness, I rebuilt trust in myself. I began to meet my anxiety with compassion rather than control.
And over time, I found my voice. I learned to speak up, to set boundaries, to ask for what I need — not perfectly, but more honestly than ever before.

Now, I feel more rooted in myself than ever before — able to listen inward, honour my needs, and move through life with greater ease and self-trust. That relationship with myself has become the foundation for everything else.

It’s my mission to support others in finding that same sense of connection — to help you come home to your body, reclaim your voice, and rediscover what it means to live with joy, authenticity, and embodied belonging.
