I am situated on a small but precious rock of an island, just off the coast of Galway, Inish Maan (Inis Meáin).
We have just recently started up the islands first official Yoga studio, Hy Brasil Yoga. We have classes three times a week, so far. And with the help of some fast learning, enthusiastic budding Yogi´s , Inis Meáin´s future as a new and enchanting yoga spot looks bright.
I will be posting various information, from the studio , from the kitchen, and other goings on from our little rock, Inis Meáin .
